Fabio room: overlooks the countryside surrounding the Country towards the Pratomagno mountains. It is very quiet and equipped with a double bed and original 19th century furniture. The bathroom with window and shower.

INFORMATION and PRICES:

We accept bookings only for the entire apartment at least 3 nights:

Low and mid season:

for a minimum of 2 rooms € 100.00 / room / night

for 3 or 4 rooms € 90.00 / room / night

High season:

for a minimum of 2 rooms € 120.00 / room / night

for 3 or 4 rooms € 100.00 / room / night

For stays longer than or equal to 6 nights 2 rooms 10% discount

For stays longer than or equal to 6 nights 3/4 rooms 15% discount

Extra bed in sofa bed € 20.00 per night

Low and mid season: From April 1st to May 13th

From 27 August to 30 October

High season: From May 14th to August 26th

Additional costs:

- Deposit on arrival in cash € 150.00

- cleaning of the apartment during the stay € 50.00

- heating € 15.00 per night

- At the end of the stay the kitchen area (dishes and equipment) must be left tidy and clean. Failing this, the cost of € 25.00 will be charged
